Eric Crowley (Mayor):

He moved to Ottawa with his family in 1979 and graduated from Ottawa High School in 1996.

Career as an electrician and opened Advantage Electric in 2006.

Involved in several areas of construction in Ottawa.

Member of the Leadership Franklin County Board of Trustees, Ottawa Memorial Auditorium Advisory Board, and other organizations.

Married to Carissa Tucker and has three children: Seth, Bryce and Raegan.

Focus on building relationships to ensure steady growth in housing and jobs.

Mike Skidmore (Deputy Mayor):

Born and raised in Ottawa, he graduated from K-State in 1978 with a degree in agricultural economics.

He served twice as mayor and two terms on the Ottawa City Commission.

Member of Ottawa Bible Church and treasurer of Agape Interfaith Ministries of India.

Participation in local organizations including Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce and Franklin County Development Council.

Sara Caylor:

Member of the Ottawa City Commission since 2011, four terms as mayor.

President of the League of Kansas Municipalities (LKM) in 2020.

Involved in several organizations including Kansas Fights Addiction Board and Franklin County Historical Society board.

Master of Social Work from Washburn University.

Works in hospice care and reviews grants for the Department of Justice.

Emily Graves:

He has served on the Ottawa City Commission since October 2015, with a brief break from 2018 to 2021.

Graduated from Emporia State University and Masters in Leadership from Baker University.

He currently serves on the boards of Ottawa Main Street and Ottawa Municipal Auditorium.

Committed to leading by example and making Ottawa an ideal place to raise families.

Zach Clayton:

Ottawa native, graduated from Ottawa University with a degree in Information Systems Management.

He worked in IT departments, founded Picket Fence Properties and Clayton & Son Construction.

Involved in construction, renovating properties, flipping houses and being a landlord.

He believes serving on the City Commission is the best way to positively impact Ottawa.

Focus on sidewalk and accessibility improvements, continued housing growth and expanded services in Ottawa.
